Steve can box Tarver's ears off imo but whenever he gets touched by Tarver the North Philly will come outta Steve and that's my only concern....same problem Meldrick Taylor had....BHop need to school other Philly fighters on how to control that Philly fire that burns inside of the Philly fighters
