I think that Robert Helenius was probably the best of the giant contenders.

The power was unbelievable and unlike Wilder's, REAL!

He doesn't beat either. Fury would box his ears off and Wilder would jab him to death all night, possibly KO him (though Helenius has a decent jaw).

Helenius is everything detractors claim men like Wlad and Fury are, big stiff robotic oafs with cement feet and no speed. He's a level above men like Wach but we found out his ceiling early when he lost to Chisora.

He does (did?) have incredible power though.

Not sure how you be can so confident in this analysis. Fury hasn't fought anyone with comparable attributes or, indeed, with the power of Helenius.

What does Helenius have that can pose Fury problems besides his power? He's slow, static, has no jab to speak of, fights like his legs are rooted to the spot, lets almost every fighter he fights dictate their own pace, and has several times been behind on the cards against mediocre or over the hill fighters until he was bailed out by late round flurries (or in Chisora's case, paid off judges). He's precisely the wrong type of fighter to cause Fury problems, unless Fury is careless enough to let Hellboy touch his chin.

Helenius would spend the whole fight shelled up behind his high guard while Fury boxes rings around him. He doesn't have the footwork to close or maintain distance, doesn't have the jab to create openings, doesn't have the reflexes to capitalise on Fury's mistakes, doesn't have the workrate to outpoint him. In short, he gets abused. I'm confident about that in watching both men fight, and applying what I know about style matchups to a hypothetical contest between the two.

I'd watch Price v Chisora even now. Chisora can't **** but can take a decent shot and Price can't take a shot but can ****. Both are finished anyway and i reckon they could probably have a nice little earner out of it, if they both rack up a couple of wins against bums. Makes business sense, they don't really have anywhere else to turn, the world level is beyond. Maybe they could be fed to Joshua for a payday after beating a few bums, but thats about it.

Chisora is a tough fighter but he always come up short, apart from being robbed against Helenius. He got a bit of respect for that and then putting up a decent effort against Vitali but lost. Stepped up again in class against Haye and got knocked out, lost to Fury when he stepped up properly again. He just isn't World level but he had his fair share of chances to show it, maybe more than others would have got. He not even as good as he was but i still think he can do well on the domestic/commonwealth scene, maybe even European and people will watch him. Same with Price, i think European level is beyond him but i still think he can carve out a decent career on the domestic scene.
