I see it this way and it has nothing to do with Floyd. If you dont want to get called out by other top fighters for fights at 154, then dont compete and hold titles hostage at 154

Except GGG is calling him out for the payday, and not the opportunity to be a 154 champ.

Isnt that the motive of every fighter who has called Floyd out? Like Floyd often says...."it comes with the territory".

Personally I dont get excited for this matchup as I know it will never happen. I would rather see GGG take on Canelo so long as he's successful against Cotto then move up and fight Ward.

So why bring him holding the belts hostage (I admit he is doing that, and should relinquish them) up? It has zero to do with this situation.

I agree with you but if that's the case Lara should be fighting Floyd not GGG because he is Floyd's mandatory.

Because so long as Floyd is the 154 champ and GGG feels that he can make the weight, it gives him a valid excuse to call Floyd out.

Again I dont really care for this fight as to me it's unrealistic, but if Floyd has no intentions of campaigning at 154 then he should just relinquish the titles and stay at 147. Same goes for Cotto at 160.

GGG would still be calling him out at 154 even if he didn't have any titles there.

GGG says he'll gladly go down to 154 to fight floyd, and floyd has belts at 154. so why not make the fight happen then???????

GGG only rehydrates to the low 170s like canelo does.

sad that mikey has turned into a haymon/floyd fart. very sad.

EXACTLY. yet for some reason GGG is off limits hahahahahahahaha.

GGG = a much stronger better pressure fighter than prime margarito

floyd ducking GGG like he ducked margarito.
