Too many fights on too many different networks at all kinds of different days and times makes it impossible for hard core fans to keep up let alone casual fans who will not jump through that many hoops to find the fights. Then you add the constant blatant mismatches and poor production quality of PBC and that's why the TV ratings are terrible. Crap is crap even if it's free.
