**** Toney, the big tub of kentucky friend chicken ****. If there is no white heavyweight champion how is Liakovich and Valuev a champion right now? And the white champions of the past weren't white, they were faking it? I hope they don't accept him to the hall of fame for comments like that.

That was the whole point of the joke, Europeans & Russian are not considered the great white hope.

This will not stop Toney from the HOF, I don't consider this a racist quote. People are way too sensitive today, when it comes to race.

Wlad could have fought Sanders and didnt, same for Purity. It's called immediate rematch, I'm sure Purity would not have turned a rematch down. Of course ten years later he is an old turd, what about back then? He could have fought Brewster too, he was the mandatory for the WBO and IBF after beating Peter - FACT. He chose the guy he already manhandled in Byrd - instead of Brewster. And this is coming from a guy who thinks Wlad is the best heavy out there, so everyone knows I'm not biased in my commentary.

Learn the facts? Rick spoke with Wlad directly before the Peter fight, and "Wlad" said he wanted to fight Byrd, then Brewster. Had nothing to do with King. He didnt get Sanders because of number one what? Sanders was the WBO champ after beating Wlad for the title and Wlad was the number one contender with the option for a rematch. Sanders vacated the WBO title after the Wlad rematch could not be made and fought Vitali for the vacant WBC title. Did you even do research before posting?
