Rahman would get blasted out of there before he even realized he was in a fight. Rahman would be the easiest challenge for Wladimir out there. Chris Byrd will put up a better fight than Rahman.

wlad would get ko'd, i mean if a green unpolished peter can put wlad down three times, i think that rahman could finish the job.Originally posted by Kid AchillesRahman would get blasted out of there before he even realized he was in a fight. Peter was undefeated and deadlocked to take over the division.Originally posted by The Fixwlad would get ko'd, i mean if a green unpolished peter can put wlad down three times, i think that rahman could finish the job.
The party favors were out among many people, and they considered him to be the next big thing. He punches much harder than Rahman, and is a bad style matchup for Wlad.
He's not a chessplayer like Rahman is. Peter comes to wreck, and that's about it. He'll throw any gameplan out the window in order to win. And he just wants a brawl.
That's how you beat Wlad, by just going for broke and taking the fight to him....because like I stated in a technical sense, he's the best chessplayer in the division.....props to Toney however.
Rahman is tentative, and doesn't let his hands go....because he's playing chess. He'll get checkmated.

firstly peter is a harder puncher than rahmanOriginally posted by The Fixwlad would get ko'd, i mean if a green unpolished peter can put wlad down three times, i think that rahman could finish the job.
secondly peter has a lot better chin than rahman.
thirdly peter kd legit once not 3 times.
also if maskaev and lewis can knock rahman the **** out so can wladComment

Wlad would win for all of the reasons RWK just stated and one more: Rahman has a weak chin. In fact, Rahman's chin is much worse than Wladimir's IMO. Samuel Peter on the other hand has a granite chin which allowed him to be much more aggressive against Wlad without fear of getting into serious trouble.
The first hard left hook or straight right Wlad connects with will buckle Rahman's knees. Believe it.Comment

wlad shouldnt be mentioned in the same breath as lewis, nowhere near his level.
wlad has been dropped how many times? it would be a good fight while it lasts but if they start to brawl, you can bet that rahman last longer.Comment

not. rahman is a knockout waiting to happen. hes already been knocked out of the ring by maskeav and hurt by light hitting ruiz. he was so wide open to right hands against toney it wasnt funny. problem for toney was he cant pop a zit at heavyweight. brewster would rally to knock him out,,,,wlad would stop him within 4 rounds (assuming he doesnt get caught,,,he should be ale to avoid rahmans shots),,,peter would knock him out,,,calvin brock would have a 50/50 shot as would maskaevOriginally posted by The Fixi dont see any white heavies becoming the linear champion, i think that rahman was screwed in the toney fight. if rahman continues to show up in shape like he did against toney, i think he will be very tough to beat. i see him beating any of the current heavies.Comment

strongly agree. thats as bad a style match for toney as it gets. peter would be a much better style wise fight for him,,but even there I think peters size and strength wears him downOriginally posted by RunWithKnivesShufford, Schulz, Mercer, Barrett were never stopped, or even knocked down prior to fighting Wlad.
He's on a whole different level when it comes to accurate punching. He would piece together combinations on Toney, that Rahman didin't and Toney would be in serious trouble.
He's nine inches taller, in much better shape, and a stylistic nightmare for Toney.Comment
