In his last 10 bouts (including Chavez), Fonfara is 9-1 with 7KOs. His overall KO% is deceptive, but P4P, GGG hits harder and his offense is better all-around. If Fonfara wasn't Chavez's size, he might not have stopped him. The fact that GGG could potentially stop Chavez even-though he'll be at a 15lb disadvantage shows the difference in power and skill.

If we are talking 1 shot highlight reel KO for that ass, probably not.

But I could definitely see Jr. catching a pumpkin head in route to getting stopped.

Maybe I was a little off, but 8 of his last 10 wins are stoppages. Well Fonfora punches hard enough to KD and give hell to the current lineal champ of the 175 division (15 lbs heavier than GGG). I never said p4p punching, I was talking about power for power. Not hypothetically

Chavez would quit from the beating, his mind isn't in it.

Easy win for Golovkin... Junior got exposed by Fonfara, and last time I heard Kovalev (considered one of the biggest punchers) claimed GGG hit harder than Him. I'll go with GGG by mid Ko

Based on their current KO ratios, I'm inferring that GGG can fight Chavez @168 and stop him, even though he'll be the smaller guy. Whether he stops Chavez will come down to his stamina and offensive efficiency, not his power imo. Size is only one component of power, so that's why I'm not sure if Fonfara punches harder than 3G. I brought up their respective KO ratios to show the possibility of GGG moving up while retaining most of his power. If Chavez can get stopped by a LHW with KO59%, then maybe he could get stopped by a MW with KO90%.

165-170lb GGG vs. 185-190lb Fonfara, who punches harder? We'll get a good idea of this if GGG/Chavez ever happens.
