This dudes bullshtting, hes nrever had the intention of making that fight. If he wanted to, all he has to do is make a reasonable offer..thats it. Thats a big UK fight, Frampton just wants a fair share. He has no intention of making tough fights for his fighters, just match em against no-hopers and say everybody turns down offers.
