I'm still trying to figure out how GGG has become an A-side and he's never fought on PPV. Ward-GGG would be both guys' first PPV fight. Hell, Ward draws better in Oakland than GGG does anywhere. So if they wanna play that game. Ward could demand the fight be in Oakland to maximize revenue

But either way, I'm not into tthe who A-side/B-side nonsense that today's boxing fan seems to care more about than the actual fights themselves. The article is about Floyd Sr thinking Ward would beat the **** outta GGG. I agree.

As soon as a puncher gets into a fight where his power, doesnt mean anything and he has to box, the ko artist loses. Ward will be tossing GGG's as from corner to corner by the 8th round. GGG is not used to going that deep into fights against a bigger guy thats also hitting his ass back. Ward is a better boxer and has faced better competition throughout his career. Sr is right. GGG knows he cant beat Ward, thats why he wants Ward to lose weight...."ill fight anyone 154 to 168" well that turned out to be a lie

Sr is right...but he came across as Captain Obvious on this one!!!...EVERYONE and I really mean EVERYONE who has a ounce of integrity and a good understanding of the sport KNOWS Ward would MOST LIKELY beat GGG up and down...on paper Ward is the favorite for many reasons!!

The GGG fans who are properly educated about the science know their dude gets handled by Ward but don't have the integrity to admit it while the NEW wave of GGG fans who hopped on his wagon after May 2nd have no clue lol...those kids be saying Ward should pick on someone in his own weight class or move up to face Krusher and then in the next breath demand that Mayweather fights GGG at 154...or 160 in order to PROVE AND TEST himself as if GGG is the more accomplished fighter of the two

This news today, if it's even true, is the first time Andre has ever said anything to indicate that he is ready and willing to fight GGG this year, rather than at some undefined time in the future.

It could be the timing won't be right. GGG is next in line for the winner of Cotto/Alvarez, which would be a huge fight for him. If he decides he wants to get that one done before fighting Ward, that would be perfectly understandable.

Only a very biased "fan" would accuse a MW of ducking if he doesn't want take Andre Ward as a stay busy fight while waiting to unify against one of the biggest names in boxing in his own division.
Canelo and Cotto have shown that they simply just wanna be left alone by GGG , why won't he oblige them ?

Purse splits, weight discussions, etc. None of it matters in the end. Ward painfully schools Golovkin and strips the manufactured aura of invincibility his team and the HBO cheerleaders have worked so hard to build. The fact is Andre Ward would be a HUGE jump in class based on ability and ring generalship, not just weight and size. The undressing Ward would dish out would severely hurt Golovkin's appeal afterward so don't count on this fight happening anytime soon.

I actually would preferred Triple G v. May instead of May-Pac, I've posted such

I think your confusing Floyd with Calzaghe

                    What does that say?
it says that Ward and triple g understand that mayweather is TBE
