True, but he may get KOd by the ball or an errant grain of sand.

Man his career has unraveled so fast that I feel kinda bad for the guy - he's wasn't even really in this fight at all.

By the sound of the crowd, he was already being used as a stepping stone.

Any weaknesses aside I feel Price has been terribly handled. He was not near ready for a veteran like Thompson and never recovered from that. What was his management thinking by throwing him in with Teper? Maybe he would have never been ready but it is up to his team to get him ready for fights like that and to keep him away from them until he is.

Does anyone think "Olympic Bronze medalist right there" or do they think "Big Stiff Idiot"? lol But I guess Audley kept getting gigs so Price could too.

The real loss to the boxing world was LEnnox Lewis, who could have gone on to be a trainer of champions but instead chose to waste his time away with absolute garbage like Price!

Called it, but Price looked even worse than I thought.

Price just isn't cut out for the pro game, at least not at a decent level. He might still be able to fight at domestic/commenwealth level in the UK but European and World level, no.

He still has an Olympic bronze and a decent Amateur career, and been a British and commonwealth champion in the Pro's. Maybe he can take some pride in that. He just wasn't good enough to get further than that but there's no real shame in it, he had a go.

He hasn't lost to any real bums but he might want to get out of the game before that starts to happen. If he does want to hang around the domestic scene then good luck to him, he seems a decent fella and a man has to earn a living.
