Chino's sweater reminded me of Biggie wearing a Coogi lol, and it reminded me of GGG's robe. Also, it's reminiscent of Jay-Z's "Watch The Throne" album cover.

It's gonna be sad when Maidana and Matts retire in a couple years. With Maidana's current condition, he might not even have the hunger to continue and simply retire before year's end.

I think Maidana's days are numbered. He seems to have cashed himself out and is enjoying himself too much. I don't see him coming back as hungry as he was or dedicated to boxing. He's done everything he really set out to do in boxing. Now Long layoff when it's not injury related and he has enough money to live comfortable and even his trainer is concerned. Not a good sign for his boxing career. If I'm another top welterweight I jump at a change to fight him now. After another loss or 2 a win over Maidana will not mean as much.

maidana should have one tuneup first in Argentina before he comes back to the US, he's been out too long. unwise to go back fighting top level guys straight away.

A tuneup could backfire. What if he struggles and looks bad then it kills the hype for a big fight against another top welterweight. If I were Haymon I throw him in with one of my young lions now

highly unlikely some tomato can upsets him lol, he has to be seriously shot for that to happen. maidana just needs to shed weight and ring rust.

Not beat him just make him look bad and struggle. If he has a tune up and that happens then the next fight isn't as big and whoever beats him will not get as much credit for it. People will discredit the win and say well he looked bad the last fight out he was washed up. But if you put him in with one of your top young fighters and he beats Maidana that is a huge notch on their belt.

From the looks of it, the decision has already been made. He looks happy though, so all the best to him.
