Gamboa is twice as talented as Crawford.

On that note. I'm going with Rigo. Loma is NOT knocking him out get outta here with that crap. It all comes down to Lomachenko pressing and avoiding any long counters.
    Coming from a Loma fan

But you do bring up a good point. I'm guilty of losing my head when "news" of these two are mentioned in a possible showdown.
"By the way, I hear Guillermo Rigondeaux broke his arm. And Lomachenko wants to retire."

This fight would be real nice. I mean 2 boxers who won 2 Olympic Gold medals each, how can it not be special!?

I think Loma is a bit raw, but still the real fight of the century.
Both guys have more talent than Floyd/PAC ever had.

For Rigo it would just be his 1st defeat.

For Loma, that would be 2 losses in 6 fights.

But man if this happens it will be epic.
Rigo is probably nearing the end of his career while Loma has probably 10 years left. If Rigo wins it will solidify him as a truly special fighter with a resume having 2 big standout wins v Donaire and Loma.

If Loma loses, it won't have much effect on his career as it will be a loss to someone like Rigo, the very best fighter he could fight at the time. I think down the line he'd also get praise for not having that what if question mark like many potential huge matchups that never happen. And with 10 years left, Loma would still have time to rebuild his career, even though a loss wouldn't cause too much of a dent.

But if he wins, and wins convincingly...it could be the beginning of the end for Rigo and also the start of a rise to p4p 1 for Loma.

Rigo has more to lose in this fight than Loma does.
