Comments Thread For: Amir Khan: Will Mayweather Man Up? Everyone Wants It!

British star Amir Khan (31-3, 19KOs) is not happy with the rumors that WBC/WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. (48-0, 26KOs) is potentially going to face Andre Berto on September 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Khan and Berto are training mates under coach Virgil Hunter and both are advised by Al Haymon, who also works with Mayweather.

Khan seemed to be the frontrunner to face Mayweather in the fall. The Bolton fighter's standing is now being threatened by the scenario of Mayweather staging his next fight on network television, on CBS, with Berto as the opponent.

If Khan acted like he didn't want the fight so much, do you think Floyd would have picked him?

Shut up Khan..Damn. If he would shut up maybe Floyd will announce that.

I'm sure his mouth is the reason why he will be mimicking Floyd in sparring to help Berto prepare.

It's probably just me, but I think Floyd would have a relatively easy time with Khan.

Khan should be worrying about Brook, not Floyd.

No, Amir, the fans don't want to see Mayweather fight Khan. Now I would like to see Khan fight Brook, but Khan will find a way to avoid that fight at all costs.
