I would be very interested if Floyd is able to hit Lara with anything at all...

Not so long back Sr. said that Floyd deserved a couple of easy fights ...none of this makes much sense.I think the only thing to prove at this weight is fight one of the unbeaten young lions and for me at this stage the best choice would have to be Brook , the one that Amir Khan is running like a rat to avoid.

It won't be so good for business if Brook fought Mayweather and got totally outclassed, he'd be dubbed as a hypejob for the rest of his career, Canelo was lucky cuz he's mexican and mexican fans are loyal, if Floyd beat Porter or Thurman believe me, many people won't give a damn about them anymore, and who knows what they'll do if they get that huge payday, will they still train as hard? Ortiz and Guerrero's careers were going very well till the Mayweather fight, since this fight their career went down the *****ter.

The best possible opponent would be Miguel Cotto at 155-156, Cotto is already an old man and he lost before but he's still relevant, so he won't be called a hypejob if he lost and his countrymen will still support him, unlike the US fans who once a fighter loses they call him a hypejob immediately.

They hype for Floyd/Pac was so enormous only for the fight to be very lackluster that now only diehards and loyal Floyd fans care about who he's fighting next. Most casuals arent even aware that Floyd is fighting again in Sept. Its as if they've completely lost interest.

Floyd would be 'allowed' to fight Cotto for the WBC and lineal MW belts at 147 or 150 or 152 or whatever... He isn't allowed at +160 -- which isn't the case...

Floyd also took on very long periods of inactivity to avoid Pacquiao in his prime for some of that 20 years and he spent some of it in jail for beating up the mother of some of his kids in front of his kids
