In December of 2011, Ward decisioned Froch in the final round of the Super Six tournament that saw both boxers elevated with their performances during the Showtime series that lasted several years.

So refreshing to hear one great fighter praise another great fighter. Yes ward beat froch, but that doesn't mean Froch isn't a hell of a fighter himself. Just means Ward is better. It bugs the hell out of me when certain fans completely discredit 'their' fighters competition. Doesn't make any sense. I have nothing but high praise for froch, and as a result it shows just how special Ward is.

Basically Ward is saying that he is going to retire soon too becuase he already "accomplished everything"(by beating Froch) in boxing - so please fans dont judge me if I retire without fighting Kovalev and Golovkin. A complete bum!

Don't worry he's not going to retire yet. He still hasn't beat George Groves in Wembley in front of 80,000 people and explained it to Floyd Mayweather. Once you've explained it to Floyd Mayweather, there is not much left to do in a boxing career.
