Russell made a fool of himself in the first first... If a second fight occurred I think it would be much closer. Personally I think Russell took training easy thinking it wouldn't be difficult to school a 1-1 boxer and didn't take the fight seriously. The lose may have changed Russell's view of preparing and view of compition.

he knows how to pace himself now. He can go 12 easy, he held back a bit last time.Comment

Sometimes you have to shy away from what the heart thinks bro, Russell was schooled that fight, Russell showed some toughness in the 12th but he was on his way out. I dont see anything Russell has done to prove he could beat Lomencheko much less keep up with him. Beating a glass jawed Gonzalez doesnt prove much. I dont think its Lomencheko that needs to prove he needs a rematch, I think Russell does.Russell made a fool of himself in the first first... LOL. You can't get one thing such as Loma is much better fighter than GRJ? You may stay delusional and post as many times as you want if you want but the fact is he'd be definitely outclassed again and most likely tko'd badly in late rds.Russell made a fool of himself in the first first... You just pay attention how he talks about the revenge - "whenever", "till my career ends" etc. He's telling he does not want a rematch even being confident he's protected by Heymon
