Froch was a real fighter! Best of luck to the champ in the rest of his life.

Didn't even realize he was 38 years old.

I'm a GGG fan, too, but there's no need to get all butt-hurt over a fighter in a different weight class, who spoke of retirement long before GGG's ascendency, hanging up his gloves.

        Not everything revolves around GGG.
And it's a fact that froch is a duck!
And you bring up the fact that froch spoke retirement before GGG, of course he did but he also put up a poll on who he should fight next and GGG won it DESPITE HIM BEING ADDED LATE!!!

And he than goes on talking about GGG and posting pics about himself and how he is too big and too strong, ALL THAT **** QUACKING!
And than he announces a retirement! GTFOH!

Whether you are in love with froch or not, you can't dismissed that he DUCKED!

And Froch needs to learn how to stop ducking, I guess we all have something we could learn.

Froch was a great fighter, it was a pleasure to watch his career. He was like Glen Johnson, a fighter that wanted to test himself against the best, wasen't afraid to go on the road and always did his outmost to win. A real warrior, i will miss him and hopefully the rest of his life outside the ring will be as successfull as it was inside the ring.

It's crazy that these(so-called)fight fans can fix their mouth to call Froch a duck..I have to question if they started watching boxing as soon as 3G fought on TV..Froch is far from a duck, and one of the last people in the world who should ever be called one..Fuccking clowns man..I'm telling you every time I come on here I see a post that reminds me of why I fell back from this site..To many clowns at times..

So long Froch. You won't be missed because you were nothing special. No special effects except having a great chin and a nose that stood out. Carl's boxing skills were average at best. Got schooled by Ward, outboxed by Jermain Taylor, and weak-minded Dirrell. He got by with power. That's all he had. Calzaghe would've dominated Froch, GGG knocks him out, and he knows it. GGG=Great Fighter, Froch=B-level Fighter.

I'm happy for him, though disappointed I won't get to enjoy his fights anymore. What a fighter! A lock for the HOF and a top 40 ATG.

                      WAR COBRA FROCH!!!
