Mayweather is one of the best ever and I get him getting to pick his last opponent, but now it's under 2 months until the fight and you know that dude is training. The potentials don't want to start camp because if they don't get the fight, then they could potentially over train for the next opponent if it lands later than September. The champs--the real honorable champs didn't pull too much of this. They were men and let the other man know they were fighting asap to get the best fight and fighter they could. But hey, whatever. Last fight then he's gone.

Stop jumping to conclusions. If Floyd is fighting in september then the contract is most likely already signed by now. Both Floyd and his opponent probably already know that they're fighting on september 12 by now.

If Khan really don't know who Floyd is fighting on september 12 at this point, then most likely Floyd aint fighting Khan on september 12. If Khan is the one Floyd is fighting then probably Khan knows already coz the contract been negotiated already and this is jus a publicity stunt to get people hyped for the fight.

Like I've said before, I don't think he is going to fight on the date. I think he just reserved it so Canelo - Cotto can't have it. If he does fight...I agree with Kahn. Stop trying to get every little advantage and name the opponent. It is unprofessional. And what happens is...he sets precedents for other fighters to pull the same kind of nonsense in the future. That being said, I hope that its Mayfield too. Or Berto for that matter.

Khan is right about 1 thing, It is very unprofessional what Mayweather is doing when it comes to revealing the opponent. Other than that, Khan is like a Mosquito bite, Annoying and won't go away. Khan needs to shut up. He is not worthy. And he needs to stop Avoiding Kell Brook, and in All Honesty, Kell Brook is who Mayweather should choose.

Just to clarify things up.

Khan is still fasting (Not eating or drinking from Sun rise to Sun Set, which is like 3 AM to 9 PM in the UK) until near the end of this week. I assume he wants to know if he trains for September or not.

He stated if no Mayweather, he will fight in November/December.

The problem here is that Mayweather lacks any name that is even close to worthy at 147. So I do feel it's possible that it will be an Al Haymon fighter, but that it isn't signed.

I'm half expecting Floyd to announce he is fighting Khan on the day of eid which is either going to be this Friday or Saturday. It'll be something along the lines of "Eid Mubarak to all my ****** fans around the world, I will be fighting Amir Khan on September 12"

Personally I think chin Khan should fight Thurman first to prove his worth to be a Mayweather opponent.
