  • Comments Thread For: Dillian Whyte: I Want To Rip Anthony Joshua's Head Off!

A domestic explosion is expected in the fall, when UK heavyweight rivals Dillian Whyte and Anthony Joshua will collide for the British championship.

Joshua is set to fight again on September 12th, while Whyte will return on the 'Rumble on the Humber' card on August 1. Neither fighter has a set opponent. Should both come out on top, they will meet before the year is out.

Whyte (14-0, 11KOs) faced, and beat, Joshua (13-0, 13KOs) in the amateurs. He says Joshua was very upset over the loss, but the two of them eventually became friends. That friendship didn't last long, with Whyte claiming Joshua verbally attacked him over his 2012-2014 drugs ban.

Can someone remind Dillian it ain't the amateurs.Joshua was a complete raw novice when Whyte beat him,Joshua was boxing at club level back then,Joshua is a complete different animal now.

It'll be a good fight,i don't doubt that, but Dillian will get a shock when he fights this version of Joshua.

                The fight is dead even.

In fact you could even make a case for Whyte the favourite just as much as you can Joshua really.

It will definitely be a good fight.

I watched him spar for a bit down Miguels couple weeks back, looked sharp and is proper unit. Its 2015 now tho and Joshua will hammer him in the pro's....

Whyte will come to win which makes a change but it's going to be an easy KO for AJ. He's progressed far quicker than Whyte.
