A year ago I would have agreed that Thurman would make for an entertaining scrap. Now...not so much.

floyd can fight you toe to toe like what he did against maidana and cotto because floyd knows he can handle them.. but watch him against pacquiao and you see floyd suddenly fights scared, running and clinching and grabbing.. so yes it could be an exciting fight because thurman is no pacquiao.. no risk why run

"Run time" vs "clinch time", no thanks. Floyd fights are not fights to look forward to, entertainment wise anyway.

He hugged/clinched Maidnaa in Maidana 2 more than or at least the same as he did pacman, he was petrified of Maidana in Maidana 2 fight.

I'm not sure Thurman was good enough the other night to convince us that he can win that fight. I guess Khan or Thurman are both good for CBS free TV. Or to fight each other but then who will Floyd fight? There is nobody.

pacquiao is not an insided figher..he wont stay their he'll run away and come back instead of being a man and fighting toe to toe with skill...and he smothered his work more than floyd clinched him..ppl dont want to admit that..i'm a pac fan but he got beat not beat himself..floyd took his heart early

But Floyd has been hurt by Chop Chop, Shane, Judah, The Great One Emanuel Augustus, and slightly buzzed by Pacquaio. Every one can be hurt.

Honestly, Maidana & Cooto would rip the lining out of pac at this time since pac is without his spinach. They were bigger threats than pac to Floyd. Floyd fought pac methodically. I'm a big time Thurman fan and like to see him get the payday but not sure that he'd win unless Floyd gets old overnight. But it'll be good experience for Keith as with Canelo.

Don't know how they're going to promote this fight without spending truckloads of money. Remember, people watch to see the fraud lose.

They see guys who both run. They like giving it, but too scared to take it. Only way you can attract people in a Mayweather fight is to give the impression that his opponent is the kind that would maul and brutalize TBE. I'm sure they realized by now that he'll run again, as usual, potshot, clinch, survive, rinse and repeat, rip off fans again with his boring survival mode. It's no longer boxing. It's just surviving and ripping off fans.

There's one thing sure now. His next fight will be a massive flop. He better accept 2 million guarantee to make SHO gain some profit.
