My understanding is that it eventually hardens in your body so it would be like a rock. I'd only recommend using it in your ****.

Here's a good link for people unfamiliar with it, the results are laughable. I can't believe guys actually use this stuff, it's so blatantly obvious it's unnatural. The elite fighter in the video looks normal compared to these animals.

It does look like Synthol. Just oil sitting on top of the muscle that has been injected, bodybuilders occasionally use it pre show but not the top, top ones.
