Do the "ABC" organizations support unification?

Can anyone point out examples where the "ABC" organizations were not interested in having a unified champion consisting of their title belt?

WBO has shown they will not even have the #1 fighter in the world represent them for not paying fees.

Not the WBO because fighters with more then one belt , are sometime later in paying the belt fee

That is totally untrue. WBO does not permit it's title holders to hold titles in multiple weight classes. Floyd holds titles at 154 which he has never really defended and which he refuses to vacate. As such, he was stripped of the WBO title he won from Pacquaio.

Kovalev currently holds the WBO, WBA and IBF titles and none of those organizations have a problem with it. WBC even made him their mandatory defense in the goal of having one, undisputed, unified champion at that weight class.

If I was a unified/lineal champ Id wait for my ring magazine title belt to arrive then tell the ABC's to go butt a stump.
