Erik Morales - Put himself on the map by knocking out Zaragoza with that mean straight right to the body, defined his career by his classic win over Barrera in their first bout, and punctuated his unbelievable career by tactically going to war with Manny Pacquiao in their first bout.

          I'm not a hater I just bash a lot:

Cruiserweight Castillo: losing to the scales in the Corrales rematch
Diego Corrales: beating Castillo, making Poopoo Freitas quit and cry (again), and his bout with his ex-wife
Antonio Tarver: losing to Roy Jones, losing to Eric Harding, losing to Glen Johnson, and losing to 60 year old Rocky Balboa in Rocky 6
Mike Tyson: destroying Michael Spinks in 91 seconds
Rocky Marciano: knocking Jersey Joe unconscious
Bernard Hopkins: beating up Big **** Bubba in a cell in Graterford, and schooling Tito Trinidad
Larry Holmes: Gerry Whitey (he's not a Cooney), losing to Michael Spinks, and failing in Speech Therapy.

                Ali...win over Foreman
                Foreman...win over Moorer
                Jones Jr....win over Toney
                Leonard....win over Hearns
                Duran....win over Leonard
                Toney....win over Jirov
Hearns...loss to Hagler; though the KO over Duran was his most memorable victory
                Hagler...win over Hearns

There are more; but I'll stop here.

                  Mike Tyson > *

                  Baldomir > Judah

Just thought I would throw some in I didn't see mentioned.

-Sugar Shane Mosley-his decisive 2000 win over Oscar
-Arturo Gatti and Micky Ward both defined by their trilogy but I guess you would pick the forst fight if you must choose just one.
-I don't know if I agree about Winky's being Tito. His coming out party was clearly the first Shane fight. I guess you could split the two as the coming out and the definer but they are both great wins that got him recognition.
Vitali Klitschko-his gutty TKO against Lennox Lewis. One of the rare times a loss defines a fighter not in a negative way
Floyd Mayweather-the Gatti fight made him a PPV star and more of a household name but you gotta feel his career will be more defined by a future fight. I think that fight is Shane Mosley
Joe Calzaghe-The Lacy fight saved his career and reputation

Here's a question: What is George Foreman's defining fight? I think many would say Ali but given his superstar status and his pitchman viability-I think you gotta say the Michael Moorer fight defined his career

I think it was his fight with Ali.
