ROFL Not one of those were better than Bazooka and The Professor

Not to mentioned Sanchez clearly beat Laporte while JCC Sr arguably lost to him if not robbed him.

Lil red, Ruben Castillo, Gomez, zoom zoom, Laporte>>>> anyone in JCC resume. To bad with what happened since alexis arguello fight was in the works would have been a hell of a atg resume.

Lmao. Castillo was past it, and no doubt in my mind that chavez would have beaten the guys you named..

To think chavez isnt great is absurd..

Let me see Sanchez go up in weight... Having a 2 year run at feather pales in comparison to a decade run thru multiple weight classes...

When did Sanchez go to 140 and fight an undefeated Olympian?

They are both great in my opinion. Sanchez died at such a young age that he never got to finish his career but he was amazing. Vincente Saldivar, Rubin Olivares and Jose Napoles among others were great Mexican fighters. Napoles was Cuban, of course but the Mexicans loved him and he fought his whole career in Mexico or L.A. for most of his fights.

Who said Chavez isn't great? Doesn't change the fact that Chavez does not have a greater resume. His first legit Greatest win would have been sweet pea and he ducked the rematch, guess he knew he was lucky with the draw in the first place.
