If he can't get Fury, Wlad, or Povetkin, I think he should rematch Stiverne or take the Briggs fight since it will pay well and Briggs is old. Oh wait never mind they probably consider that too much of a risk.

It is a pretty poor match up.

He has to begin negotiations for Povetkin in November. He can either sit until negotiations are complete or fight, make a living and work on his flaws.

To be honest he's not ready for Povetkin today so he definitely needs to get some work in before that matchup gets done.

          Wilder is avoiding povetkin.
Arreola would get paid to take a fall.
          he is a sellout

This is no diss to Wilder because i like Wilder and think he's great for boxing especially in the USA. But with that said, cant you tell what Haymon is doing? This is neither a step up or backwards, its actually what you call a stepping stone, a Mexican stepping stone to be exact. Haymon loves that Mexican money the Mexican audience brings in, when in all reality its a stay busy fight for Wilder.

Why not I say. The only fights people will respect from Wilder are Fury, Povetkin, and Wlad. So go make some dough and work on your game Deontay. You got this..

Good fight imo. Arreola can win if the fix isn't in.

Well any of these fights would be legit:

Thompson, Glazkov, Pulev...even Del Boy and Char......

                      Perez, Solis......

And the joke is,I see him loosing to 2/3rds of the guys I listed.
