Thurman is a good fighter but he should put himself on blast for defending his title against a guy Khan recently beat the hell out of. He is supposed to fight someone rated in the WBA top 15 and someone rated in the top 5 is better. Collazo is unrated by the WBA and rated about 37th by Boxrec. If he won't fight top fighters he shouldn't complain about top fighters not fighting him. The highest ranked fighters Thurman has defeated are Chavez and Guerrero and they were rated 9th or 10th. He hasn't set the world on fire with his ring accomplishments yet. I am sure Thurman could have found someone better than Collazo to fight.

Spence Jr can wait, but Mayweather (who Thurman been WBA Mandatory of for i wanna say 2 Years now), Khan, Porter, Brook are bigger fights and fights that I think most fights fans prefer. Spence Jr who I'm a fan of don't get me wrong but...You don't get to cut the line and leap over everybody for a Title Shot, Work your way up like everybody else did. Before this Mayweather stuff Spence Jr said he wouldn't go after a title until 2016, I would prefer that he stick to those plans and don't listen to Mayweather

I **** with Thurman. Forget about his resume or drawing power, he's the best option for Floyd at 147 pounds.

This forum might be buzzing over the possibility of Mayweather vs Thurman after tomorrow night which it wasn't buzzing for Khan after Khan Algieri.
