All I can say is this killed a bunch of potential good fights, top of the list being ward. I guess Degale wanta the easy way out, maybe a match with sakio bika, then maybe in a few years will work up to a "superfight" with lucian bute. This is what you get with haymon, basically slap the mayweather formula on every boxer, and your left with alot of ****.

Do you feel the same way about GGG/DeGale as you do DeGale/Quillin?
I wasn't saying the fight won't happen. It just won't happen for Quillins debut at SMW

I do not think Golovkin should leave HBO as HBO is the true 'premier' outlet for boxing and where true champions fight and where boxing superstars are created.
I asked you how you feel about GGG/Degale given what Freedom posted about DeGale/Quillin.
Well if HBO blocks him from getting fights he wants, why would he stay there? That seems counterproductive.
What is a "true" champion?

But I'd still be as surprised if GGG moved up and faced DeGale for his first fight at SMW.
Later down the line both are doable but it's the notion of fighting a champ in your first bout at a new weight. Not inconceivable by any means but still unlikely.

You both kind of dismissed DeGale/Quillin. So I was just wondering if you felt the same about GGG/DeGale.
Appreciate the response.

A) Why would his fighters complain when they're overpaid.
B) They signed a contract with Haymon that prohibits them from publicly complaining.
I'm not even going to address point B.. Prove it or shut up

They seem to be essentially the same thing.
you never responded to the other post-what is a true champion?
