I'm a die hard boxing fan; however, I wrestled in high school/college, so I am naturally drawn to UFC as well.

Honestly the best fight this weekend is the undercard on the UFC card. Rory McDonald vs. Robbie Lawlor.

McDonald is the first fighter to be trained in every area of mixed martial arts. His opponent, the reigning UFC Welterweight Champion, is a legend. I can't wait for this fight along with McGregor-Mendes.

UFC is OWNING boxing this weekend. Sorry boxing fans.

Herrera and Lundy are both journeymen at best. Collazo's best win is still Victor Ortiz. Collazo is pretty much a journeyman as well. The only boxer worth watching this weekend is Keith One Time Thurman.

I'll let the haters fight over which is better, UFC or Boxing; however, real fight fans can enjoy both sporting events this weekend!

The vacant WBO World Lightweight title is on the line in the UK for those who don't know. Terry Flanagan will be fighting Jose Zepeda for the title.

            The heavyweight card isn't "terrible"

Pianeta-Chagaev is an even match-up, so that makes it interesting.

Schwarz, Davtaev and/or Wallisch may become HW contenders in the near future.

It will be interesting to see if Dimitrenko and Gerber can bounce back rejuvenate their careers.

What freakin' BS that Chisora pulled out. First of all we barely heard about the fight even happening in the past month, which it obviously was since it just got cancelled. I thought the fight wasn't going to occur though.

Now Chisora doesn't want to fight Ustinov. Chisora VS Ustinov wouldn't been a good scrap.

There's so much stuff to watch on Saturday. I haven't watched UFC in a long while, and I think this is a good card to jump back in. I won't be watching it live though, too much boxing. I'll probably tune in for the HW card and the UK card.

McGregor is one of the few MMA fighters I can watch, he's a good boxer with some nice movement but he might just get wrestle****ed by Mendes.
Its not just the boxing skills. His kicks are thrown with great balance and technique. A true martial artist has to appreciate it along with the numerous other skills he possesses. But Thurman, Callazo, Nelson, Harrison beats a UFC card anyday so I'll be watching that live for sure
