WTF does that have to do with Wilder and Arreola? Are you honestly comparing the two?

The only reason any Wilder fight is exciting is because he is so bad that he could literally get flattened by anyone on any given night.

I have mixed feelings about this fight.

Arreola, provided he's not shot and turns up in shape (relative to his own standards) might make an exciting show of it, which is all I expect these days. He'll likely lose, and he does every time he steps up, but he'll likely provide a few exciting sloppy rounds of brawling before he either gets stopped or quits on his stool (I don't expect him to make the distance).

As a title fight, however, it's a joke. Not quite a Molina level joke, but not far off, and Arreola is totally unworthy of another crack at the title. It also speaks volumes about where Wilder and his team are going, pursuing the fan friendly fights over the experience builders (and there's nothing wrong with experience building when you have a title belt provided your level of opposition is at a good enough level).

If the Arreola who showed up for Stiverne showed up against Wilder, that Arreola would knock his block off.

Arreola is approximately 2ce as good as Wilder imo and approximately 20x better in terms of resume on paper.

If Arreola busts up Wilder it will be on a par with his exposure of Seth Mitchel.

If Wilder busts up Arreola, it will be by FAR the best opponent he ever faced where we consider that the Stiverne that Wilder beat, was GRAVELY ill.

Considering this I'd say an Arreola victory, LEGITIMATELY would be enough to convince me of his quality and the term..

              "BUM SQUAD"

              ...would no longer apply.

So no this is not a joke fight imo, and in fact, a "good clean" victory over Arreola would prove his worth imo!!

Personally I think Arreola stops him but hey, I've been wrong before so who knows!

Arreola has a shocking resume. Try ranking his top ten wins and coming up with any sort of meaningful list. You'll be scraping the barrel I assure you.

If Arreola gets another shot at the WBC it will only prove yet again the out and out corruption within that org. Embarrassing.

                      This is an alright matchup.

Arreola ls completely shot now, but it'd still be a decent name for Wilder's resume.
