I think Golovkin beats Ward at 168. I think Golovkin at 160 beats Ward at 168. I see no need at all for a catchweight here.Originally posted by King_ View PostChavez Jr poses no threat. There is a strong possiblity that Ward, the MUCH bigger man will hold him and headbutt all night.
Wait, "risk" only applies to certain fighters?
GGG is being smart. I love how when it comes to certain fighters that fit other peoples agendas, its all about "the money," "being smart," but GGG is some superhuman robot who's supposed to do risk his life against a dirty fighter?
Easy work GGG. Plain and simple. Sign the contract or stop talking crap. Ward don't want it, end of story.

First of all it is defensible because Ward, a guy who is a natural light heavy drained the **** out of Dawson. But I think this is weak to be asking for a catchweight whether your Cotto Ward or Mayweather or anyone for that matterOriginally posted by Dirk Diggler UK View PostCome on GGG fans. Explain this.
Real fans have clocked his team's bull**** for a while and now it's on full display.
Indefensible.

Golovkin would crack that glass chin. Not the fans faults that Ward fought twice in the past 3 years against journeyman/full-time single fathers-part time boxers.Originally posted by Barcham View PostI think Golovkin beats Ward at 168. Dudes been making excuses for almost 3 years now. Who gives a fk if Golovkins MANAGER asks for a catchweight? GGG would fight him anywhere, any time. You better believe that

You're letting Golovkin's management team blind you. GGG has nothing to do with this. Its Loeffler, who's a CANCER (at this point) for GGG's career.Originally posted by PBP View PostAnd that was a bitch move by Ward but at least I'm man enough to admit it.
I've been on record saying this for months. He's gotta go. ASAP.
GGG would fight Ward at 168, no problems. Trust me.

GGG is over 30 years old with 30 pro fights... only fought at MW his entire career. Move up 8 freakin measly pounds.Originally posted by Golovkin View Post"The best 160 pounder against the "best" 168 pounder"... IT IS FAIR you dumb ****. They meet in the middle.
Also, 50-50 is ridiculous. Golovkin is the face of boxing, he is the A-Side... Ward doesn't sell, nobody cares about his life. It should be 80-20.
So GGG will fight JCCjr & Froch at 168 but Ward has to be 164???
