Man this is going to be such a great fight. Very evenly match the young very hungry lion vs the very savy and experience veteran. Both fighters have their great qualities to them. There is tons of ways this fight can play out. I think if cotto can muster up one last great fight and bring out all his weapons effectively he will win. If canelo can bring his A-game and be the relentless powerhouse with speed and power and skill he can eventually do in Cotto.

All I know this IS the biggest fight that can be made in boxing right now. I love both fighters and will be happy either way. I just want them both at their A-game best.

I'm not saying that Cotto is NOT passed his prime. He is passed, but he seems to be fighting at a higher level than after the plaster incident.

You have to admit that on his last 3 fights, Miguel has shown to be in better physical shape, better footwork, sharper power and similar speed than his pre-plaster days.

His defense seems to be "smarter", but not refined.

Again, this is very subjective and IMHO.

Now, I think that you may have something more constructive to contribute to the thread than talking about fanaticism, bias, or nationalities.
