you can say what you want but until now canelo still ranked by every organism at 154, him fighting 1lb over the limit on non title fights doesnt disqualified him from 154...
i thought ggg was against cws.... he wouldnt drop 1lb for canelo with or without a title on the line, but ward needs to drop 4...
that statement "anyone from 154-168" was just an illusion ...
with that being said , titles shouldnt be on the line at CWs....
