I got Wlad winning, but I do think Fury will be the toughest fight Wlad has had in over a decade (11 years). If Fury wins, I think it will be because Wlad was not used to fighting a top HW fighter who was bigger and taller than him. I think it will be a shock to Wlad once they get in the ring. Wlad towers over everyone, is more powerful than everyone, has longer reach than everyone he has fought excluding c class fighter and drug cheat Wach. It's going to be a shock to Wlad, but if he boxes Fury, he should win. Still, Wlad is always The Big Show in all of his fights, so it's going to be interesting seeing what style he uses, or if he just wrestles a lot more, now that he will have a 4-5 inch reach disadvantage and a 3 inch height disadvantage, and someone who can match him in power. I just hope Wlad doesn't turn this into a grappling match.
Fury match Wlad in power? This is a boxing match- not an eating or bragging competition. Fury may have had more power than all of his previous opponents, but his power is not even close to that of Wlad.

Fury is on Wach's level, not Wlads. Fury doesn't fight tall, doesn't hit hard, and can't take a punch. He actually fights at a range where Wlad likes. Fury even fights a little like Wach.

Risk of clinching is minimal. Wlad clinches inside against smaller fighters as an inside defense. Odds are against this being an inside fight.

About the only thing Fury his going for him, is his size. Which isn't very much, and will look like nothing after a few round.

No, Fury has clearly improved. He does have some very good skills now. Compare his performances in those two fights with Chisora.

I think it's a 60-40 fight in favor of Klitschko.

Fury has a better chance than any opponent in years, because of his youth compared to the aging Klitschko, his size/reach, and his improved boxing skills.

This is the most interesting HW fight in years.

He did show his age in his last fight, he's slowing down, but I wouldn't say he's "past it" yet (although he may be by October 24, who knows).

Jonathan Banks is actually a very good trainer.

Lewis finished Grant with brutal uppercuts at close range. Wlad can't fight at close range, he only will try and hug in close. He's only thrown 1 uppercut in his entire life and he hit himself in the face with it.

It's an interesting fight because Emanuel always loved Wlad fighting taller guys. And you look at Fury's last 4 fights--most people have sparring partners better than those guys. I don't think those were good level of opposition fights to lead him up to a fight with Wlad. To boot, a cruiserweight floored Fury. I think about how accurate Wlad's punches are and with the helluva lot more thud than Steve Cunningham packs. It's an exciting fight because the best guys are finally fighting the best (sans Duckontay Wilder), but I think Klitschko ends him by the 7th.

Wlad is getting old, i mean he is still fit and feels great, but you cant deny that he has maybe 2-3 fights left. I still think he knocks Fury out, it can happen anytime, but this fight will be alot of fun while it lasts, at least thats what i hope. The buildup will be huge, i just hope the fight delivers and Fury brings it and doesnt do a Haye-job. Fury is huge and he might cause Wlad some problems, but i see Wlad landing quite easily on Fury after a couple rounds.

I am looking forward to Dwyers hilarious video about the fight and all these people losing a ton of money because of it.

Fury is a volume puncher. He doesn't knock guys cold; he wears them down. I'm not saying that he will be able to wear Wlad down, but you can knock a guy out without needing to knock his head off.

I agree with this, and actually think Wach is a more polished.."not Polish" fighter than Fury, fury has footwork that's his best attribute now, then size...and he cant hit like wlad which will make all the difference,as Wlads footwook is underatted himself. All the nonsense Wlad is slowing down is a joke....just watch his work out vids from his last fight, hes as sharp and powerful as ever and will intentionally try and k.o fury on his home turf, and Fury being 6'9 is perfect for Wlad who likes punching at his level moreso not downwards.

fury would deserve huge credit if he wins but you do have to also acknowledge wlads age and that hes well past his prime. hes definitely not a shot fighter tho so fury will get praise if he pulls off the upset
