Unfortunately it seems Fury's better conditioning of the last few years hasn't extended to outside of training camp. Agree with you Szef, why is he losing so much weight before the fight of his life??? Can't imagine Wladimir is doing the same, he'll be looking like an adonis already no doubt.

Having said that, some smaller guys lose 30-40 pounds and still perform well and it's not a contest of who has the best physique. Just hope Fury can drag Wladimir into a fight, otherwise it will be very one-sided

Fury losing 35 pounds is like a middle weight losing 15-20lbs. Ideally he shouldn't have to lose it, but its all in proportion. The guy is 6'9 and has 3.5 months until the fight, cut him some slack.

As for those who say Fury has no skills or athleticism, they obviously haven't watched him recently, or looked at him closely. He moves very well for a guy his size, has the biggest reach in boxing and can fight in various different styles from a come forward inside fighting marauder to a long back foot boxer.

I am not saying he'll win, but I give him more of a shot than most, and if Wach can get to and hurt Wlad like he did in the 5th (I think) then Fury can get to him as well. Wlads 39 now and Fury has the tools and attributes to make this interesting. Hell, the press conference and build up is going to be hilariously entertaining before the fight!

Whatever happens, Fury will go all out and leave it in the ring. I can't wait for this fight.

Tyson says some hilarious stuff, but I think he really has to convince himself and that's why he's always running his mouth. It's funny--you google articles on both of these guys and you can never find anything Klitschko is saying because he has a big mental preparation aside from the physical one and doesn't concern himself with the talk. David Haye did a lot of talking too, and whereas Fury has much more physical attributes than Haye due to size, he doesn't have Haye's power and he definitely won't run. That could serve as a disadvantage to him. I don't think he's ever had a sparring partner or fight against someone that has Klitschko's punching power. It'll be interesting to see how he takes shots--if Wlad can land them on the big man. A fun fight to watch thought anyway you look at it.

It's a horrible sign that Fury let himself get so heavy in between fights. He's pulling a Ricky Fatton right before the most important bout of his life.

Does't really inspire confidence in his chances.
