Top Rank promoter Bob Arum has big plans for five division world champion Nonito “The Filipino Flash” Donaire should be put on an impressive showing against former European champion Anthony Settoul in Macau on July 18.

Arum told us that should WBA super bantamweight champion Scott Quigg also win against Kiko Martinez in his title defense on the same day and “all goes well we might do a big fight in Dubai.”
