Why Hasn't PBC made Stevenson vs. Beterbiev?

        They haven't made that fight because when have they made really tough fights for their fighters. They are not going to match Stevenson with a hard fight. They didn't want him fighting Kovalev so why would they want him fighting Beterbiev? I wish and hope they make that fight.
