I don't know how anyone can give Manny more than four rounds and I'm being generous. I had him winning rounds, 2, 4, 6, and possibly round 7(that round could've gone either way). That's about it. It wasn't a wipe out like Mayweather-JMM was, but anyone who seriously scored the fight a draw or had Manny winning need to have his/her head examined.

A blood test requires a tiny vial of blood, is almost painless, and takes about a minute..... it is completely harmless..... and in the very worst case scenario, would require nothing more than a glass of water and sitting down for 10 minutes to fully recover.

2 judges had 2 more rounds later on in the fight for Manny which you don't. There is also round 3 that definitely should have gone for Manny. So that makes it 7 rounds for Manny.
