Not the best but honorable mention to Joe Calzaghe, his footwork was great in the Lacy fight!

Best Footwork as to go to Floyd who will go down as one of the best with Muhammed Ali and Sugar Ray Leonard

Zab judah dosen't just dance around the ring, he has technique....his footwork can confuse his opponent, by going side to side making his opponent offbalance.
            The guy is slick

Mayweather has to be up there with RJJ in his prime.

currently I think up and comer Mighty Mike Arnoutis has good foot work. he knows how to use angles and move from side to side. also he's good at cutting off the ring, which a lot of boxers recently seem to be having a hard time doing correctly.

Floyd obviously has good foot work, but I think his standing defense is more to look at than his movement....personally.

others i think have good foot work....
                  Arce
                  Barrera
                  Montiel
                  Calzaghe
                  De La Hoya

Mayweathers footwork is impressive. Though Marquez lost, he has really good footwork too. Delahoya hasn't fought no more so I don't count his footwork but he had agile footwork too. Mosley still agile on his feet. The up and coming fighter Paez has agile feet. But probably the fastest today is Mayweather.
