Is this fight really off the table though? Seemed kind of unclear from the video. Robert Garcia also said it didn't look good for the fight to happen about 1.5-2 months ago, but we've still been hearing all along from Arum and Hearn that it's almost done. I actually like the matchup, so I hope it happens.

I don't know where you have been but rios is no lightweight. He wasn't even a lightweight when has fighting at the division. He's a big boy. I don't even think he has a natural weight class
