        I thought Mayweather originally stated that he was gonna vacate anyways. Said he wanted the young fighters to get a shot at the title, that the title is for them.

            The only thing that matters to the WBO is that Mayweather hasn't paid the $200,000 sanctioning fee.

            I don't blame him. Why should he give the WBO $200.000 for the right to be one of their three champions in the weight division.

              Prepare yourself for Pacquaio/Bradley III for the WBO belt in November 2015. The fight will only draw 650,000 PPV buys, but it will be more than Pac can draw against any other TR opponent.
