Andre Ward is the best fighter in boxing, behind Manny Pacquiao. His comeback fight gave us more action than Floyd's last five fights, combined! Why? Because he is fearless and has killer instinct. He lets his hands go and is still defensively responsible. A fight between him and SK, will be a great fight! It's a true 50/50 fight but I lean towards Ward because of his hand-speed and defense. SK is a very smart fighter who adjusts to what his opponent is trying to do. He is a REAL puncher and I can see him either hurting Ward badly, or knocking him down. Ultimately, Ward wins a very tough fight.

I'd probably "just" lean to a narrow points win for Ward. Tough Tough fight, Ward could easily get dropped/Ko'd if he slips up, even for a moment. I think the later rounds would be extremely difficult for him.

Ward struggled in the later rnds with Froch, Kovalev presses on you none stop much like GGG. I think the last few rounds would determine who wins.

Its a toss up for me.

Kovalev is so overrated. He's a bully with one fighting style, little defense, and limited footwork. It's shame we might never get to see him fight Stevenson because I believed he would be KO'd. Ward will get off first, control the action, be more physical and and cruise on points 116 - 112. Looking forward to it.

Don't be ridiculous; Kovalev is legit. His fanbase consists of mostly morons (if this website is any reflection), but don't let that be the reason you can't give him props. He's very good.

I still think Ward is gonna give him that work though.

This will be a good fight.

However I wanted Ward to get Golovkin first, before moving up and disposing of Kovalev. I hope this doesn't let GGG off the hook if Ward never moves back down in weight.

Same way how I feel.. but whatever. It will be something if GGG and Mayweather fight around the same time, that way both of these bandwagon fan bases will be put to rest.

this is the best fight in boxing right now. i'd liek to see our andre get a fight at 175 lbs aginst a contender, and then take this fight early next year.
