The culture in that part of the world is different. I don't like the idea of people eating dogs, but it's not illegal in East and Southeast Asia, therefore it isn't "worse" than Floyd's parents being crack addicts.

This is true, two judges had it 6-4 through 10 (as did I), Pacquiao lost the last two rounds, he wasn't fit enough.
