Comments Thread For: Keith Thurman Gives Thoughts on Red, White and Blue

TAMPA, FL - His team colors are Red, White and Blue, and the fireworks you'll see with Keith "One Time" Thurman (25-0, 21 KOs) will be in the ring when he faces former world champion Luis Collazo (26-6, 19 KOs) on the "Premier Boxing Champions" series on ESPN on Saturday, July 11 live from Tampa's USF Sun Dome. Doors open at USF Sun Dome at 6 p.m. with the first fight beginning at 6:30 p.m. But, that didn't keep Keith from sharing his thoughts on what Red, White and Blue mean to him with a special video for his fans.

I think at some point down the line, Thurman can provide boxing commentary for a network. He is pretty damn smart and articulate.

There ya go poppapump, no offense but the webplayer for boxingscene is kinda crap. Theres a bunch of ads and its low resolution. You guys should make a youtube channel and upload your videos there then embed when you make an article. Just saying man you guys can do whatever obviously lol

Shaking my head on this post. Garcia is strong but thurman is a big welter. And very has the power to ko any welter including mayweather.

Danny will get the "one time" treatment @ 147lbs. if that fight ever happens and I'm willing to bet points or avy/sig bet if it ever happens with you.

I think Danny is an overachiever and it's been shown that a simple jab can pretty much nullify and expose his lack of dimensions. Danny seems to be easy to figure out halfway through a fight and he fades along with his power. Danny never impressed me much in any of his fights but he did leave me shocked and happy for him knocking out the **** Khan. Danny has really only beat a washed up Nate Campbell, Kendall Holt was a solid win, washed up Morales, Amir Khan was a solid win on the glass chin(GARSH'd), washed up Judah, Matthysse was a solid win, Herrera was a gifted win in his motherland, Salka?, and then PEDerson was a solid win in a new found division between 140lbs and 147lbs known as catchweight... in all of these fights he's never been impressive and has struggled terribly in some but he gets the W doe. Name a solid fighter that Danny has KO'd that has even just a decent chin or wasn't shot to shit... his power imo is overrated. Hell Bradley put Peterson down but the almighty KO artist Danny Garcia couldn't doe.
