      You can obviously view this question in a few different ways, considering various traits of the boxer, such as: personality, stamina, physique, strength, muscularity, mentality.. etc..
      Kell Brook and Dominic Ingle on the mitts; body and mind both get pushed to a good level, while also keeping things would.

      James Degale's circuit work seems pretty hectic too

              Eat, hit the bag a few times, drink soda, hit the speed bag, take a bite out of a corn beef sandwich, skip rope for 3 seconds, lay on the floor for 19 minutes, roll over and kick the medicine ball, get up and make mean faces in the mirror.
