Oh I see, Gennedy will move up to 168 lbs to fight a 38 year old man but he won't move up to 168 lbs to FIGHT WARD!!!!

What is the offer from Ward again? What is the money on the plate from HBO for Ward & Golovkin? Right.

When Ward is ready and everyone can figure out the purse, Ward vs Golovkin will happen, at 168 pounds. Until then, be patient.

But you're the same man who wanted Ward to move down to 160 pounds to fight Sergio Martinez, it was a move Ward "must" make, as you put it. Of course, the same logic doesn't apply for Ward vs GGG for some odd reason.

        1. Froch is coming off his most high profile win. GGG has been chasing him for at least a year
        2. Froch is Wards best win, but unlike GGG, Ward didn't have to move up in weight or fight Froch in the UK. Doubtful he'd ever move up to fight a guy like Froch on his home turf abroad
        3. The Froch fight can easily be financed, unlike Ward. The only ones that can make it are Wards new promoter, but they're reluctant. What's your guess, why is Roc Nation CEO talking financial sense?

Anyway, lets hope GGG can get Floyd in the ring and score that SWW belt in spectacular style. That'll make him ppv, and then Ward can get paid for the risk of fighting GGG

Nice find, ouch. But who cares about consistency when your butt hurts so bad

Golovkin/Ward would be a dead bore--a 12 round waltz with Golovkin chasing.
What's more, Ward hasn't fought anyone in two years. Let him prove himself first. Another thing--Ward is as dirty a fighter as they come...watch his elbows in all his fights.

Golovkin is the one to do the proving, not Ward. Ward has made his mark in the sport, despite having a long layoff. GGG is still looking to legitimize himself against an elite opponent.

Just using the same logic as the other visitors used against Floyd, just exposing the hypocrites.

DeGale makes more financial sense than Golovkin.

Froch just wants to retire healthy at this point, he knows GGG is a health risk.
