Like who? Everyone else said No these 2 are like the 6th and 7th ranked guys.
    Khan- said no fought Algieri
Bradley- passed it up and fought Vargas for the WBO strap
    Gavin- fought Brook
Porter went in a different direction.

While I like the IBF for enforcing mandatories their ranking system is the worse of the 4.

Either way, its a joke that these guys are fighting for a shot at a supposed world title.

Why? They are two solid, if unspectacular fighters. B-level.

Khan, Bradley and Porter all turned down the chance to fight in an IBF final eliminator so these two were the next in line.

It's much better than the last IBF final eliminator.

It's not the IBF's fault, Khan, Bradley, Porter, Sadam Ali all passed on the opportunity.

It would be a solid W for Brook to beat either imo, especially if he can't get khan/may after rios.

Very good matchup. I'll pick Chaves by DQ after Alexander straight up geadbutts him to the ground in a DIRTY fight.

Winner deserves a crack at Brook. Then that winner faces Bradley.

Also, can I say, I'm so happy the IBF actually enforces itself. The other 3 organizations do jack all.

I thought Chaves was with Top Rank as well, maybe some type of short term agreement with him taking the Rios fight and HBO promising to bring him back for a second fight which was the Bradley Fight

I actually like Chaves a lot, he is not a easy fight at all. In fact I'm leaning towards him over Alexander. I don't know WTF is going on with Alexander but he needs an impressive performance here and I'm not talking about just getting a Sloppy Win by just clinching either.
