Seems like he knuckled down and checked his attitude after the Groves fight.

He's certainly changed my perceptions of him.

In fact him and Groves have had a bit of a personality swap.

It's not quite like that, the belt doesn't really matter and neither does alternative foreign fights.

Generally speaking, British people would just rather watch two British boxers fights.

To draw a comparison, Romanians would be far more interested in watching Lucian Bute than Andre Ward or Carl Froch even if the latter are better.

People like to watch their own guys.

Romanian boxing fans aren't that ******: at this point they would rather pay to watch Froch or Ward instead of Bute... (anyway, when Bute fought last time at home his purse was paid by sponsors, not by the public)...

... And it's a bad comparison: British boxing is extremely solid as a sport, business... In my country pro boxing doesn't exist.

Who would pull a bigger crowd in Bucharest? Bute or Ward? I'm guessing it's the Romanian. Am I wrong?

Is this meant to make me understand something i don't?
... I was only saying that British fighters would rather sell out a home matchup than a Ward, GGG fight... which is obvious...

For the last time, they never wanted a catchweight.

The brits are madly passionate about sport, period.

They are not fair-weather fans, like you are trying to make out.

When the British Lions tour here, they bring 40k fans, even though they have little chance of winning.

By British Lions you mean the Rugby team, right?
... One cannot compare Rugby with Boxing...
... Rugby is the best sport that ever existed, it doesn't matter who wins the match...
