Chavez is wasting his career. he doesn't seem like he cares about the sport.

It would be nice if guys that actually care about the sport got the opportunities and backing that guys like Chavez and Broner have gotten.

I believe that Bute beats Chavez. That is if he could actually fight as if he wasn't waiting to get knocked out.

I'm so sure Chavez was just terrified of millions of dollars. Chavez Jr is a lot of things but he is definitely not scared of anyone and only haters think otherwise.

After the Golovkin fight, win or lose, do you honestly believe that Top Rank would've allowed that option to be the last fight? lol

The fight with Sergio Martinez, from what I've read in statements made by Team Chavez Jr, was supposed to be the final fight on the deal; to get that fight, Chavez Jr had to agree to a similar options deal, which led to two additional fights beyond the end of his deal.

You should be smarter than that

              "Golovkin fallout?"

HAHA, Chavez was offered more $ than he's ever seen in his career, and ran the **** away just to get beat up by Fonfara.

              This dude is a joke.

Please little chavez.. stay away from the sport with your privileged lifestyle, you don't have the hunger, you don't have the will to fight for legacy and fans.. you've been raised in the life of wealth, and now want to keep getting paid strictly because of you last name... me being a Mexicano I have to admit I was a fan at the beginning but now I see you're nothing but a bum with connections.. retire..

                fuck.. I'm salty.. ha ha..

Pure bull!! Junior NEVER wanted GGG and NEVER wanted Froch, he pulled out of a Cotto fight a few years earlier... was practically FORCED by his Godfather Suliaman face Sergio after TWO years of refusing to fight his mandatory. Has gotten away with murder by skipping dope tests, and official weigh-in procedures like in the Lee fight with a blessings of the corrupt Texas commission... Given a gift in his first fight vs C fighter Vera. I really aint got no gripes him making $$$ off his Daddy's name, after all it's HIS Dad but let's keep it real. Glad Fonfara exposed him AGAIN and would love to see him do it AGAIN in a rematch but his dad/team will NEVER let it happen. It's NOt that he's lazy or undisciplined, HE JUST AINT GOT THE GOODS, plain and simple. He's NEVER been all that and NEVER will be, no matter how hard he applies himself.

How much did Chavez make to get battered by fonfara?
True but also true that if he beat GGG 10 mil for his next fight (maybe even a rematch) would have been pretty cheap.

Sad to say but in boxing most "big fights" are truly left on the table and never occur at all. Of course if you can stretch it out long enough, with enough people clamoring for it long enough you can get a May/paq mega payday. More often you get derailed by the "Fonfaras" of the world.

... as soon as they are coming into a fight, these dudes are talking about Golovkin... GGG became a regular pre-fight topic...
