Did you not read the article? That is what the lawsuit says. Unlike you, I actually have a masters degree in business and the lawsuit implies a rather Classic case if true.

I do not have a MBA. My Masters is in Sociology. The article is not going to include the details that will make or break the case. SO to call it a "classic case" is more about your desire to see Haymon fail, for whatever reasons those are.

From what I am reading, there very well be some loopholes Haymon is exploiting. Mostly I see Bob whining because his way of doing things is becoming obsolete.

That said, it will be interesting to see if this holds water.

Al Haymon can literally shut this down in court. All he has to say to the judge, is that Top rank & any other promoter joined in the lawsuit can easily pick up a phone, give him a call & get their fighters on his PBC show. That's just one example imo.
