I do not have a MBA. My Masters is in Sociology. The article is not going to include the details that will make or break the case. SO to call it a "classic case" is more about your desire to see Haymon fail, for whatever reasons those are.

From what I am reading, there very well be some loopholes Haymon is exploiting. Mostly I see Bob whining because his way of doing things is becoming obsolete.

That said, it will be interesting to see if this holds water.

You can't really be this naïve and foolish, can you?

        • Hahahaha the irony. How many times do u think Arum has done the things he accuses Haymon and PBC of doing? Once again not sure why fans applaud this stuff. It doesn't help us or boxing. It only hurts the sport in the long run. Greedy millionaires battling with other greedy millionaires. Losers are the fans and the fighters.

            Here we have lawyer #1.

Cant wait to go thru all these pages to see how many more lawyers Haymon has on these forums.

            RIP Haymon and PBC.

I dont give a ****k about Haymon or any other fat yank promotor with the possible exception of ex-boxer DLH. I am not American, so why should I care? I reckon you in a rather subtle way are accusing me of racism. If so you are an ******* and a moron.

Same things they're accusing him of doing Arum did and then some.
So Arum/Top Rank was sued for anti trust violations? Or is this just a voice for your racist perceptions?

ah little javi, you're quite insecure. Is that what you want, my opinion on this subject? You want me to act like a lawyer, when I really don't have the interest to? I think Haymon is more than suspect, but if there's any hard evidence it'll be looked at in court.

It was a joke, bro. If I knew you were going to take it so personally, I wouldn't have said it.

Yeah, you've OMM on the TR side and Bert Fields on the GBP side...both heavy hitters, this could get interesting.

You posted in this thread and I responded, why you care-I don't know. No, I am suggesting that your opinion is being guided by the fact you want Haymon to fail. Why you want him to fail, I do not know. If I thought it was because he was black, I'd say that.

Your response, aggressive, defensive and accusatory, is telling.

I maintain your use of the word overpaying is ridiculous.
