And the downward spiral continues for Adrien Broner. Bad fight for him if he takes it.

Broner at 147 got dropped twice and embarrassed by Maidana and had to hold all night long to avoid getting dropped by Porter and struggled to a disputed decision against Paulie. At 140 he has fought none of the top guys and has not looked that impressive against any of the stiffs he did face. Broner gets beat by any top fighter at 147 or 140. And I doubt he can even make 140. He balloons to almost 200lbs in between fights. The hype train is over it's time to feed him to prospects and top fighters as a gate keeper.

Barthelemy schools, toys with and embarrasses Broner!

Barthelemy In Ring and Overall Boxing IQ is too high and he is just too SKILLED for Broner to deal with right now. Broner doesn't let his hands go enough to do anything that could give Barthelemy any problems. As soon as he start switching in and out of Orthodox and Unorthodox Broner will really stop letting his hands go and he won't know what to do vs Barthelemy

Ruslan Provodnikov is a network Free Agent, Banner Promotions and Haymon work together and had Algeiri on PBC so why not Ruslan Broner vs Ruslan would be a fun fight as would Ruslan vs John Molina Jr and Omar Figueroa
Lets be real here, its not because Barthelemy picked DeMarco apart or schooled Mendez. Its because the more you see Broner the more you realize he is trash.

And you been impressed by Broner? Do tell more please.

Broner isnt bullying or walking down Barthelemy. And on top of all that Barthelemy is more versatile. He can fight on the inside if Broner wants to or box from the outside. He can also walk you down.

Go ahead and do it... won't be entertaining in any way, but I think it should be made

Great opportunity for Barthelemy! Even if he goes the distance with Broner @ 140, he'll still be a player! I would much rather see Barthelemy vs. Amit Imam. Broner's next fight should be Provodnikov @ 140!

There's a guy on Youtube that makes videos about boxing and boxers, he makes some pretty valid points but one thing he said that really got my attention is that Broner has pissed off Al Haymon with all his antics and his recent run in with the law, according to that guy Haymon is tired of dealing with Broner, frontin him money, etc. and is gonna put Broner in with the best fighters instead of developing his career, i guess it also has to do with the fact that Broner isn't very disciplined outside the ring either and that Broner asks for too much money for fights and at times is adamant about being A side and all that stuff, if Barthelemy vs Broner it reaffirms some of the stuff that guy says cuz Barthelemy puts a hurtin on Broner bad, real bad, Broner doesn't seem to put much IQ into his fighting and relies solely on his physical abilities, i don't even think Broner can make 140 anymore and pretty much has no choice but to fight at 147

Barthelemy should fight Shafikov for the vacant IBF lightweight title first. The Broner fight could happen down the road.

I'm no fan of Broner's and I don't want to have to make his case because I'd feel dirty doing it. But yes, I have been more impressed by Broner than Barthelemy in the past. Barthelemy has this nasty habit of slapping with his punches. It was on full display against Demarco because the one time he turned a shot over, he dropped him and he also fights down to his level of opposition, imo, which is why he's had the dreadful fight against Saucedo and why he deserved to lose against Usmanee.

So he slaps. That just means he'd be bitch-slapping Broner all night long. Bad fight for Broner, as is any fight where he is facing a decent enough fighter.
